The Washington Huskies (13-8, 3-7 PAC) suffered a huge blowout loss, 80-57, at home to Colorado (19-3, 9-2 PAC), on Sunday afternoon.
A mostly non-competitive game, the #6-ranked Colorado Buffaloes cruised to victory in a game that was a rout at halftime — a 7-7 tie was the last time a UW victory was in striking distance.

Colorado held a 9-point lead (24-15) at the end of the first quarter; a 22-point lead at halftime (50-28); a 29-point lead (70-4) at the end of the third period; and Colorado mostly rested their starters in the final period, yet still handed the Huskies a 23-point loss in the fourth period.
The Huskies shot 31.8% from the field overall (21 for 66), 20% from three-point range (6 for 30), and 41.7% on two-point attempts (15 for 376).
Again, Colorado cruised to 80 points, clearly taking their foot of the gas in the fourth quarter when a 100-point night was still a possibility.
Much like Utah two days earlier, Colorado put on an offensive clinic at Hec Ed — shooting 58.3% from the field overall; 41.7% from three-point range; 66.7% from midrange (6 for 9); and 61.5% from inside the lane(24 for 39).
