Haley Van Dyke, a wing/forward for the Washington Huskies, has entered her name in the NCAA Transfer Portal and is officially transferring from the University of Washington.
Van Dyke was a key leader of the 2020-2021 Washington Huskies with her excellent play and leadership.
Haley started in 20 of 21 games last season.
Van Dyke was named honorable mention to the 2020-21 ALL-PAC-12 and All-Pac-12 Defensive teams .
Along with Quay Miller’s instagram post that she is also leaving, this makes the second known announcement by a UW Huskies Jody Wynn recruit that she plans to transfer.
A junior, Van Dyke will have the option of playing two seasons elsewhere, as the NCAA ruled the past “COVID season” does not count towards player eligibility.
We at UDUBWBB.com thank Haley Van Dyke for her excellent play and leadership for the Washington Huskies; and wish her all the best going forward.
