This chart illustrates a statistical comparison between the Washington Women’s Basketball program versus the Oregon State Beavers.
The Washington WBB Huskies will face Oregon State on Sunday, January 23rd at 12PM PT.
In order to pull off the upset, the Washington Huskies will need to:
1) reduce their own turnovers significantly, while forcing the Beavers super-talented guard corps (and super deep, including super-sub freshman A.J. Marotte – a former UW commit) to commit more turnovers than usual;
2) win the shot-blocking duel between Nancy Mulkey and Beavers bigs, Kennedy Brown and Taya Corosdale — who have OSU ranked second nationally in blocks per game;
3) give a team effort on both the offensive and defensive boards to limit the Beavers’ fastbreak from leading to multiple transition threes, as well as, limit second chance points inside; and
